This is a beauty center in Kifissia, with a total area of 72 sq. m., comprising a reception area, a waiting room, three treatment rooms, two WCs, and a kitchenette. The space’s previous use as a dental office led to a complete redesign of the floor plan to meet the functional and aesthetic requirements of a modern wellness environment.
The interior architectural design was developed from the ground up and supported by market research, the selection and procurement of materials and equipment, as well as the supervision of construction work and the coordination of contractors. In the initial stage, the space was reorganized to accommodate new traffic flows and functional needs. The reception area and waiting room were designed to be immediately visible from the entrance, creating a clean and welcoming first impression. The former workshop-kitchenette was converted into a fully functional treatment room, while the kitchenette was discreetly relocated to the hallway, integrated into a built-in cabinet. At the same time, the existing WC area was redesigned to create two separate restrooms.
In terms of design, the reception area was shaped with curves and folds, conveying a sense of flow and hospitality while maintaining a minimalist character. The concept of the curve continues on the ceiling, subtly defining the waiting area. Vertical wooden beams surrounded by plants separate the entrance, maintaining visual continuity.
The color palette features tones of purity and warmth, while Scandinavian design, geometric patterns, wood, and shades of gray create a calm, minimalist atmosphere. Concealed lighting enhances the sense of relaxation, and linear LED lighting ensures functionality.
Overall, a clean, calm, and refined environment has been created that fosters care and well-being.
